Factual corrections
When a review on this site contains an error, whether in a bonus figure, a game list or a stated policy, the editorial team depends on readers to flag it. Send the page in question together with the specific detail that appears wrong, and the matter will be checked against the operator’s own published terms and, where necessary, against live testing of the site. Corrections that are confirmed are applied without undue delay, and the page is revised rather than removed, so that the record of what was previously stated remains traceable.
Reports of outdated information are treated the same way. An offer that has expired, a withdrawal method that has been dropped or a support channel that no longer works should be reported with the date on which it was observed. The team will verify the change and update the relevant review. Where a detail cannot be confirmed, the page will be marked as unverified rather than left silently stale.
Ownership of queries
The editorial team answers questions about the content of its own reviews: whether a stated wagering requirement matches the operator’s terms, how a rating was reached, or why a particular licence or jurisdiction is referenced. Those questions belong here because the answer depends on how this site’s research was conducted and what its standards require.
Questions about a player’s own account do not belong here. The team has no access to any player’s personal data, balance, history or correspondence with an operator, and it cannot act on a player’s behalf. Any query that requires the operator to look at an account record must be directed to that operator’s own support channels, where the relevant identity checks can be carried out.
Account matters
Deposit failures, withdrawal delays, verification refusals and bonus disputes are all matters of contract between the player and the operator. The editorial team is not a party to that contract and has no power to intervene in it. Passing such a problem through this site would only add a step before the matter reaches the only party that can act on it. Players should therefore raise these issues directly with the operator, keep a record of the correspondence, and only contact this site afterwards if the operator’s published terms appear to contradict what the operator has said in practice.
This separation protects both sides. Players get to the decision-maker faster, and the editorial team avoids becoming an unacknowledged middleman in disputes it cannot resolve. If an operator’s handling of a complaint appears to breach the terms it publishes, that discrepancy is itself a reportable fact about the operator, and it will be treated as a factual correction to the review.
